How to communicate with your family, friends and others

Let’s enter the fascinating world of communication, an invisible fabric that binds people together and shapes our daily experiences. In this corner dedicated to exploring the essence of human interaction, we dive into the art of conveying thoughts, emotions and connections. Communication, in all its forms, becomes a thread that weaves the fabric of our lives. Here, we examine how this omnipresent force influences our relationships, our understanding of the world and, of course, the delicate balance of our mental health.

How to communicate properly

Nowadays being a good communicator is hard. Most young people use social media more than talking in real life. We see this problem and it bothers us. We want to tell you about how to communicate more effectively or just give you some advice on how to be more helpful for your friends and family. The way you communicate can tell a lot about you and people can make opinions about your communication. After that they can  kick you out of the friend group or don’t talk to you anymore. So we have some advice for you. Firstly, listen to your friends more actively and try to understand in what situation they are in, don’t be ignorant and the worst thing you can do is being on the phone. Active listening can help more than you can think. Secondly, avoid swear words and harsh opinions, they can ruin the conversation from the start and this is the thing you don’t want to happen. Don’t talk about your friends behind their back, it can completely ruin your friendship. If you want to meet new people don´t judge them on the first sight, try to get to know them and then you can make your opinion about them.

How to find someone you trust

  1. Firstly you must know what you are looking for in the person you want to trust.
  2. Later what you need to do is open yourself up but first you should ask yourself how you are feeling. It’s essential to comprehend your feelings before sharing them  .
  3. Find someone who you like speaking to and who you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts with.
  4.  After you will see how they react, maybe they will open themself too. That’s also important because communicating means to share between two or more people.
  5. Then when you feel confident enough you can start sharing more and more.
  6. Always remember you can trust your family/ friends. They will be there for you always and they will never leave you in a bad situation.
